Using this website

By using the NODfactory shop you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account.

Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is taken securely via Stripe at checkout.
• An order is confirmed when payment is successful and we send a receipt.
• We may cancel an order and issue a refund if we cannot fulfil it or if payment cannot be verified.

Production and delivery

Items are made to order by 3D printing. Production and dispatch times depend on the product and material. We will communicate significant delays by email where possible.

Cancellations and refunds

If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you via Stripe to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear. Contact us if you believe a refund is overdue.

Product descriptions

We aim to show accurate images and descriptions. Minor variation in colour or finish can occur with 3D-printed goods.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect losses. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law does not allow this limit.

Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. The version on this page applies to your use of the site.
